What an exciting 2016 it’s been for account based marketing! Here’s a quick round up of my highlights from this year…
For the second year running we were named the best performing agency at the B2B marketing awards, with the highest number of entries making the shortlist. We were thrilled to receive 4 awards on the night, across four categories; Best use of customer insight, Best Customer Engagement Activity, Best Limited Budget Campaign and Most Commercially Successful Campaign.
I enjoyed our blog on 5 things you should know about your customer, explaining how ABM is about building relationships and nudging the customer to think differently – a great piece from Claire Nash, our Group Strategy Director.
By leveraging this kind of Strategic ABM, we were able to support Fujitsu’s marketing team to create an unmissable ABM approach that secured over £400m in pipeline and an ITSMA Gold award.
